Singita Brand Positioning

Singita’s 100 year vision is to ‘Preserve rare and iconic ecosystems for future generations’. This philosophy is centered on three equally important pillars; Conservation, Tourism &and Community. This philosophy now sits at the center of all Singita communication and it is the foundation upon which all aspects of the brand and the business is built. This philosophy has been embraced and supported by all stakeholders; from Singita staff, travel agents, guests, conservationist, local communities and governments. Singita’s website and social media presence have become a platform for all these stakeholders to express their support for the Singita brand.

Traditional media is also important in telling the Singita story. In late 2013 we also redesigned the Singita book, a 300 page hard cover book that tells the Singita story and showcases its iconic destinations. HKLM directed all the photography, designed, wrote and produced the book. The book is used by travel agents but is also sold at the lodges. Influential guests purchase a number of books and Singita ships them home for the guest who in turn uses this collector’s piece as a gift within their circle of exceptionally powerful marketing tool!
