HKLM was commissioned to assist Kent Gush Properties in positioning the new "Sandton Gate" development, as well as develop communication elements to sell the prestige penthouses.

HKLM developed a full positioning strategy and naming for the project. It recommended changing the name from "Sandton Gate" to "Katherine & West." Thereafter, communication elements such as out-of home advertisements, brochures, leaflets, banners etc., were developed, in an integrated campaign theme around "Big Apple living in the heart of Sandton."

As a result, Kent Gush Properties has achieved sales of at least two penthouses at the starting price of R7 million.
