Deyaar, a major property developer in Dubai, underwent major internal changes and needed a new identity and brand strategy to reflect this new outlook. This needed to be rolled out throughout the entire organisation in a very short period of time. The new Identity and visual language were implemented in a variety of disciplines, ranging from corporate stationary and literature through to signage and advertising templates.
After studying its competitors HKLM found that there was a distinct need to differentiate from an overcrowded market. The brand essence of “Simply Different” was adopted and reflected in the simple use of contrasting shapes and colours in the identity, and through elegant black and white photography.
