Blackwood, a Russian real estate company marketing to high net worth individuals within the Russian property market, briefed HKLM to develop a visual language advertising style for the countryside real estate division of its business.

HKLM retained the existing brand equity and corporate personality in order to leverage sales from its established “city” client base into countryside real estate.

The result was a refined look and feel, which successfully conveyed the extension of Blackwood's property sales into countryside estates.
