Zantel, as a challenger brand in the highly competitive Tanzanian telecommunications market, needed a new identity. With its ideals of constant innovation, fresh approach and youthful urban energy, Zantel needed to be seen as "the hero of the people".

HKLM designed punchy, bold colours and typography, and an uplifting message across all applications. The new identity embraces unique Tanzanian street culture and cool western sophistication, balancing trend-setting confidence and honest dependability.
